The Maison du Motard, since 2021, is an ACL initiative dedicated to bikers in Luxembourg with the purpose of bringing the biking community together, encouraging exchange, share experiences and promote safer mobility on two wheels. From May to July, the ACL offers a range of workshops tailored to different skill levels at ACL's karting track in Mondercange. During the final training, on the open road, participants will learn how to break in an emergency, master their cornering and sharpen their awareness in traffic. All with the purpose of making sure bikers are fully prepared for the season ahead; strong, confident and in control. Check out the workshop dates on www.acl.lu.

On November 15th 2022 I took my son out for a run and 10 minutes later my life would be changed forever. I was crossing an intersection with my son in a stroller when a car hit us at a crosswalk. In todays Podcast I will give the recap on my unfortunate injury that occurred when I got hit by a car. it was a lengthy recovery process, but I was able to get back to a normal life without surgical interventions. if you have had a traumatic knee injury then this podcast is for you. We compare and contrast three different knee injuries, ACL, PCL and multi-ligament knee injuries commonly the result of a knee dislocation.  The spring board for this conversation being the gruesome injury sustained by Tyreek Hill on national television on Monday Night Football.  Those injuries are not just difficult to watch, they can be devastating.  They are not uncommonly associated with nerve injuries (drop foot) and, even worse, occasionally vascular injuries potentially resulting in amputation.
