Jess Chambers - Cultural Events Strategist

Olga Goldina Hirsch is a Russian‑born, London‑based visual artist whose striking mixed‑media works layer paint, spray, screenprint and memory to unveil stories of family, trauma and reclamation. An MA graduate from the City & Guilds of London Art School, she fuses disciplines with storytelling precision.

Her art revisits the “obliterated memories” of her grandparents – Constructivist architects, avant‑garde writers – translating them into canvas palimpsests. Dark black voids emerge as visual blanks, around which Christina Evan’s memory specks coalesce, until they blossom into luminous, open spaces. Working with metallics and fluorescents, she creates flashback‑like effects that enchant and provoke.

Jai Shah - Personal brand photographer

Theodora Musceleanu brings the same creative rhythm to her field that musicians bring to music. With a career spanning over eight years in art management, direction, and conservation, she knows how to keep both projects and paintings in harmony.

Currently a researcher at Imperio Restauro SRL, Theodora specialises in art authentication, forgery detection, and conservation — the forensic side of the art world. Before that, she managed the Cabaret Voltaire Gallery in Rome, balancing curatorial flair with the demands of a buzzing contemporary gallery. Earlier still, she led as Art Director at ARTE.RO, shaping visual campaigns and projects that connected audiences to cultural stories.

Academically, she is just as versatile: she holds a BA and is completing a Master’s in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation at the Universitatea de Artă și Design din Cluj-Napoca, while simultaneously studying Computer Science at the University of Bucharest. It’s a rare mix of humanities and science, proving that Theodora is as comfortable with algorithms as she is with aesthetics.

Ola David - CEO Sustainable Artist

Manav Patel, sculptor and installation artist, brings a unique creative voice to SoundCloud. A recent graduate of the University of the Arts London, his work is all about rhythm, texture, and cultural storytelling — much like music itself. Louise Vidaurri - Digital artist and photographer

York-based composer, musical director, tutor, and saxophonist extraordinaire, adds finesse and humour to serious musicality. Educated at Leeds Conservatoire (BA in Music, Jazz/Sax, 2017–2021; MA in Musical Direction, 2022–2023), Joe combines polish with play—and a sax that’s heard things.

His performing credits include fronting Manouche Ganoush, holding alto sax duties for GT Big Band and Burley-in-Wharfedale Big Band, and leading both the Joe Allen Big Band and the trio Bowes/Berg/Allen. Each ensemble adds another layer to his musical footprint.

In theatre, Joe has worked with TV names like Louis Spence and Les Dennis, toured nationally with Anton Benson Productions, and serves as Musical Director for York’s acclaimed NETheatre. One might say he orchestrates more than just music. 

Joe also writes—original scores for kids’ theatre (Northern Opera Group’s Book of Eternity), commissions, and freelance arrangement work both local and global. His pen scores, and so do his students.

As a tutor, Joe teaches sax, clarinet, voice, theory, composition—and more importantly, teaches musicians how to be musicians. Tackling performance anxiety, audition prep, deep listening, even event-producing, he’s part mentor, part musical GPS. 

In short, Joe Allen knows how to direct, compose, teach—and occasionally crack a jazz pun mid-solo.

Maria Evans - Neurodivergent trainer and coach

Who is David Outevsky? A movement researcher, educator, and strategist who has built his career on blending physical expression with intellectual rigour. With a BA in Anthropology, an MSc in Dance Science (Trinity Laban), and a PhD in Dance Studies (York University, Toronto), David Outevsky has balanced scholarship with competitive DanceSport success, reaching finals at Blackpool, the UK Open, and the International Ballroom Championships.

Yet “David Outevsky” is more than a dancer. He is a leader seeking Arts Organisation Management and Research and Development roles in international relations, health and holistic therapy, government agencies, foundations, social media, and video game companies. His transferable skills are clear: leadership, cultural policy experience, problem-solving, relationship-building, marketing, communication, and a deep grounding in holistic health.

David’s research expertise has also produced 10 unique methodologies for dancer screening and conditioning—protocols designed to prevent injuries and maximise performance. He has developed pre-season training systems, created dance course syllabi, reviewed research plans, and built 10 collaborations with academics and practitioners alike.
