Though she may not drop beats, she’s been remixing the rules of media, culture, and digital experience for over 20 years. Thea started her career inside the mighty walls of the BBC, rising to Head of Content for Red Button and iPlayer, where she learned to squeeze compelling content into curious little spaces (and make it sing).

She then helped global entertainment brands like Big Brother and Britain’s Got Talent find their digital mojo while at Fremantle and Endemol. But Thea’s not just about broadcast—she’s about building bridges between tech, culture, sound and story. She’s led VR installations, digital art experiences, creative strategy sessions, and sonic experiments for museums, festivals, and global institutions.

Jai Shah - Personal brand photographer

Theodora Musceleanu brings the same creative rhythm to her field that musicians bring to music. With a career spanning over eight years in art management, direction, and conservation, she knows how to keep both projects and paintings in harmony.

Currently a researcher at Imperio Restauro SRL, Theodora specialises in art authentication, forgery detection, and conservation — the forensic side of the art world. Before that, she managed the Cabaret Voltaire Gallery in Rome, balancing curatorial flair with the demands of a buzzing contemporary gallery. Earlier still, she led as Art Director at ARTE.RO, shaping visual campaigns and projects that connected audiences to cultural stories.

Academically, she is just as versatile: she holds a BA and is completing a Master’s in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation at the Universitatea de Artă și Design din Cluj-Napoca, while simultaneously studying Computer Science at the University of Bucharest. It’s a rare mix of humanities and science, proving that Theodora is as comfortable with algorithms as she is with aesthetics.

Her approach to art is equal parts creative and analytical — restoring heritage pieces, leading projects that span countries, and diving into the detective work of uncovering forgeries. She thrives in collaboration, loves a good challenge, and is never afraid to bring humour into the world of conservation.

Liam Jackson - Music, arts and culture graphic designer

Imagine an art historian who literally uses art to unlock memories. That’s Veronica Franklin Gould for you—Christie’s alumna turned curator turned “dementia whisperer”.

Her early career sparkled: centenary exhibitions for Mary Seton Watts and G. F. Watts, topped off with a biography published by Yale University Press. But her real soundtrack began playing when a cellist’s Bach unlocked her mother’s voice—cue a creative epiphany. She went on to found Arts 4 Dementia in 2011, offering weekly arts programmes at arts venues to support brain health through creative engagement.

Projects like Reawakening the Mind (lauded with the London 2012 Inspire Mark and Positive Breakthrough in Mental Health Dementia Award) and Music Reawakening won awards and headlines. As President of A4D, Veronica now spearheads a global campaign: webinars in nearly 40 countries, and partnerships embedding arts into social prescribing—a kind of emotional and creative uplift on doctor’s orders.

Beyond the microphone, she contributes to arts-health medicine through advisory boards, including Decibels and The Amber Trust. And when she’s not amplifying others, she’s writing a two-pronged biography of Mary Fraser Tytler—suffragist, craftswoman, art pioneer—framing history through artistic lenses.
