Inspired by a visit to an A Love From Outer Space event in Brixton two weeks ago.

I wanted to capture the feel of the night and hopefully make a tune that, maybe, one day, would get played at ALFOS.

Feelings.
Funny how they often arrive when least expected. "Feelings" is also the 20th release on the Witness Protection Program label. It marks the first collaboration between the label's main artists, Troels Yuri and Davin Varda.
Both tracks explore intense emotions: despair, anhedonia, anger, and anxiousness, while maintaining a thread of hope for a better future. They incorporate small fragments of familiar songs, reimagining them in new soundscapes that differ from their original context. "Feelings" crafts an emotional landscape that resonates with listeners' own experiences, making each play a deeply personal journey – one that unexpectedly doubles as a potential dancefloor sad banger.

WPP stands for Witness Protection Program, a space for artists to bathe in anonymity. To release music that they wouldn’t be able to release otherwise. It’s an evolving entity, a Worthy Pleasure Principle.
