Wessel Metz, also known as PARADOX is a 21-year-old Techno DJ and Producer from the Netherlands. 

Although he is still young, he already has enough experience. He started taking lessons at the age of 8 at the DJ school in Eindhoven, and has never stopped since. Now, at the age of 21 years old, he is ready for his real breakthrough.

For over 10 years, I’ve been crafting musical stories that blend old-school house, modern electronic, and psychedelic influences. 

My musical journey began in Ukraine | Odessa, and the legendary CLOSER  club in Kyiv became the place where I developed my musical ear, inspired by artists like Dr. Spy.Der and many others, learning to appreciate the depth of sound.

Kazantip Z21 ( Ukraine )  was a turning point, revealing to me music as a powerful tool for inspiration and connection. Today, I don’t limit myself to genres — to me, “good music” is that which makes you think and carries a deep message. In my sets, I aim to convey exactly these emotions.

CityMatiné is an open air - daytime party series based in Budapest Hungary, moving around the city's best open air venues, playing the smoothest of music, and providing the finest BBQ in town.

The residents of the series are Sobek, Captain Knuckles, the Monolit duo and Adx. We also invite other talented hungarian DJs, bands and from the third season internationally renowned guests such as Dana Ruh, S.A.M., Cinthie, Cesar Merveille, Cassy, Bas Ibellini, La Fleur, Sebo K, Omar M to name a few.
