THE CANYON

Ascension returns with "MATTERDROP", their first release since the debut EP and easily one of their most refined productions to date. Built around Bill Murray’s iconic Meatballs pep talk—reminding us that “it just doesn’t matter”—the track warps this sample into a heavy dubstep experience. Two distinct drops drive it forward: the first groovy and wubby, the second pushing into bold, experimental territory.
