Shout to the parents, all parents! Raising children is not an easy feat. Like literally taking care of a piece of yourself, that actively needs your protection, guidance, and LOVE! - Which is a good thing, it's just exhausting. Years ago, my wife and I had tried our hand at podcasting. Our hook; honest parents discussing all the dark, ugly, embarrassing moments as a parent(that we felt wasn't talked about enough), and the beauty of raising young children. The name of it was "Little Sh!ts". During that time, we needed a theme song so I laid down "Little Sh*ts" as a bonus track on "Sacrifices" (https://open.spotify.com/track/2yCQdYKKtHkEt4FfLWOuTw?si=d803fda9fead493c). That song expresses some of that frustration, but overall encapsulated our experiences as parents of '2 under 2'. This time around, my frustrations have turned into admirations. My children still do the most; which requires that protection, guidance, and (sometimes TOUGH) LOVE as I mentioned above, but lately I pay attention to their potentials and I am pleased to witness their strengths in action. I am sure Trae and Elijah will read this one day and... so to you both I want to say, I love you guys so much. I am proud of the young men that you are growing into. Your great-grandfather, and grandfather smile at you with pride and joy. I can't wait to see the next awesome things that you do! 

To everyone else reading this right now, I hope you know that there people around you that love you and want to love you. And if no one today has told you that they love you, know that I do, and always will.

Rob Rhinehart's blog details his two-month experiment consuming mostly Soylent, a concoction he invented to provide all the nutrition and none of the hassle of food. It first attracted the attention of Vice, and then The Washington Post, which said that his plan just might work. Rhinehart, a 24-year-old electrical engineer in San Francisco, soon found himself inundated with queries from people interested in testing Soylent. He'd apparently hit on something that resonated with others.


The Commission's Enforcement Bureau took action after MV Realty apparently used Twilio networks and PhoneBurner dialing tools to flood homeowners with robocalls with misleading claims about mortgages. (

FCC rules do not prohibit call blocking or labeling technologies, however the FCC is very concerned about ensuring that lawful calls are completed and has encouraged providers who block calls to establish a means for a caller whose number is blocked to contact the provider and remedy the problem.


Call blocking is a tool used by phone companies to stop illegal and unwanted calls from reaching your phone. A recent FCC report found that by partnering with third-party analytics companies, providers are able to block billions of unwanted calls to American consumers each year.


Many phone companies are taking advantage of FCC rules that allow consumers to be enrolled automatically in call blocking services, but you can opt-out if you are concerned about missing wanted calls. A number of companies also offer call labeling to help consumers determine which calls they want to answer. Labeling services display categories for potentially unwanted or illegal calls such as "spam" or "scam likely" on the caller ID display.


High turnout at some of the pre-election rallies held by the Workers Party and other opposition parties, as well as the apparently strong pro-opposition sentiment on Singaporean social media, appeared to suggest a swing election. It also made it appear that younger Singaporeans would not support the PAP as their parents and grandparents had. Some reports suggested that Workers Party rallies were attracting fifty thousand people, a significant number in a city-state with a population of about 5.5 million people.
