Siriwat’s newest releases features his jazz-rock power trio. He writes open form pieces with angular melodies and ambient soundscapes that create space for the musicians to interact directly with the audience and environment.  It features his best friends and long-time collaborators Daniel Durst and Abel Tabares. These musicians have played together in so many situations that their ability to anticipate each-other’s musical tendencies open up endless possibilities for spontaneous creation.

I wouldn't join these two Abel songs in one normally, but transition from Adaptation to Love In The Sky is so awesome, that I had to cover both of these Kiss Land masterpieces. Futuristic, toxic, industrial atmosphere makes this track so flawless, and so underrated in Weeknd's catalogue. Hope, You will like my version.

Bio? This is where I'm supposed to tell you about my world wide gigs and A list collaborations. To me, music has always been about the music and not myself. The dj is the conduit to bring or enhance that musical experience to you. For me it's always been about my passion for music and the way it makes us all feel. I have a simple philosophy that I love music and enjoy mixing and producing tunes and hope people enjoy them too. That's it!
 
Okay, guess I need to give you a little background.... Grew up in Chicago in the early 70's and 80's and was in the right place at the right time to see the birth of house music by some of Chicago's best innovators. I personally got started as a dj in the mid 80's and have appeared at multiple venues over the years, as well as featured on multiple radio shows around the world.  My love will always be vinyl and still believe newer dj's should learn the craft the "old fashioned" way however, will admit that I have been slowly moving towards a lot of the newer technology.

In 2016, guitarist-improviser-composer Prawit Siriwat, released *Peach Mother* with the collaborative experimental trio Three Bananas. The open improvisations, angular melodies, and bare-bones recording style shaped Siriwat’s aesthetic as a band leader.  For the next few years, Siriwat would continue to refine his process through evolving trios performing at New York venues such as Bar Next Door, Rockwood Music Hall, and Pete’s Candy Store. During this time he became a first-rate accompanist for singer-songwriters and stompbox textualist in the studio. He is the touring guitarist for dream pop artist RVBY MY DEAR, acoustic guitarist for folk songwriter Ruby Greenberg, and touring and recording guitarist for pop performer, Bianca Muniz.

Through these experiences, Siriwat forged paths and relationships that have influenced his debut project as a leader. “This trio recording is a culmination of years of growth inside New York’s vibrant artistic culture, with the virtuosic musicians that I have been fortunate enough to play with.” Siriwat says.

He wrote this trio’s first single, *House Sitting Secretly*, when he visited a friend who was cat-sitting for another musician. The song title became an inside joke that stuck. Siriwat reminisces, “We just jammed and watched a movie together. Maybe we should have thrown a party, and it would be called House Partying Secretly, but instead I wrote this.” *House Sitting Secretly* is through composed, with tilted grooves and melodic turns that lead to a completely open solo section where the trio’s interplay really shines. It relies on musicians with complete trust to spontaneously shape the performance.

Siriwat’s band consists of his best friends and long-time collaborators Daniel Durst on bass and Abel Tabares on drums. These musicians have played together across so many contexts that their ability to anticipate each other’s musical tendencies open up endless possibilities.

Meet Frenz Cook, hailing from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Drawn to the art of DJing by the rhythmic beats of dance music from the States and the UK in the 80s, my journey began with inspiration from illicit radio broadcasts in The Hague, Leiden, and Amsterdam. Transitioning from those clandestine beginnings, I eventually hosted my own Dance program on a local radio station.

In 1992, I embarked on my first DJ gig, immersing myself in the pulsating world of dance. From packed clubs hosting 900 visitors on weekends to a decade-long stint as a resident DJ, until 2009.

My hiatus lasted until 2016, the allure of my passion proved irresistible, prompting a return in 2017.

Currently, I blend vibrant summer house vibes with a techno edge, seamlessly incorporating deep house, soulful beats, deep funk, and the chill ambiance of beach house. Join me on various streaming platforms and catch my live performances at restaurants and, come summer, at a beach club here in the Netherlands.
