I'm A Little Crazy

My name is Joseph Larranaga and I am J-FLIP. I’m an upcoming EDM artist and the music I intend to make ranges from various genres/subgenres anywhere from House, to drum and bass, Dubstep, hardstyle and techno. My logo is a play on the initials of my first and last name being J and L mirroring each other both ways. I felt deeply connected to my name and logo because it related to the ancient Chinese symbol of yin and Yang where energies mirror each other and I also related to another of my my identity of being a Christian. One of my favorite Bible verses is Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 for everything there is a season. I deeply believe this to be a part of a lot of people in life whether they are religious or not, where we are not purely good or purely bad but have both energies in us and have the capability to be either. With these ideas I’ve tried to incorporate it into my music with my beats and rhythms that make you feel soothed, calm, and at peace or lighthearted; or on the other hand it can be fast paced, hight tempo, and hard hitting bass that makes you want to rage. Either way whatever people feel vibe with and feel connected too I want to offer a wide range on both ends of the spectrum.
