After a lovely summer I’m happy to start up with my podcast again and In this episode of Shift Your Energy, I talk about the transition into autumn or spring,  and the common feelings of wanting to achieve more during this time (or any time).
I reflect on my personal journey of balancing achievement with the importance of being present and listening to my emotions.
