"Higher Tonight" with Monika Santucci.

I remember discovering artists years and years ago such as Above & Beyond, Arty, Jason Ross, & many more - Even back when W&W were releasing their older work, I knew I had fallen in love with what some people would consider a mix of trance and progressive house. “Higher Tonight” sparked from my inspiration by these sounds and artists.

After writing the original structure for it, I wanted to bring on a vocalist who really matched the euphoric, uplifting feel of it. I had been a fan of Monika’s work for awhile already and when she crossed my mind for someone to collaborate with on this I instantly knew she would be a great fit, and luckily enough she connected with the music aswell! Quite quickly the full song came together and I went on to spend months refining it.

To me this song is about escapism, that feeling of adventure when you are young and going to some of your first shows, not just a night out but a connection with that magic you feel seeing an artist perform that’s music impacts you.

Had the honour of playing at EDC LV for the first time, words can't describe how amazing of an experience this was! Huge thank you to Heaven Sent for having me out on the Beatbox Artcar stage.

Strobe by deadmau5 is one of the most iconic songs in the EDM world.
This cover was created out of the deep personal connection that Adam Pearce and I shared for this incredible song. We have both always been so moved by its unique arrangement and the way it tells a story, the emotional and euphoric melodies that resonate with both of us that we could never forget.

Now years later, we both wanted to honour these feelings and share it with a new twist! I decided to write a vocal melody with some fun and care-free lyrics to accompany Adam's instrumental take on Strobe. Together we were able to create something special that we are so excited to share with you all!

For Vancouver-born producer Adam Pearce, music has always been about connection. Often creating across a variety of genres, his music typically falls under the term "melodic bass” — a dynamic & deeply emotive sound.
Adam’s journey began in 2011 when he discovered artists like Porter Robinson, Skrillex, and Deadmau5. Inspired by their innovation, he taught himself to produce and DJ, focusing on crafting music that tells a story. His hard work and dedication soon earned him opportunities, including his first major show opening for Zeds Dead at Vancouver’s iconic Vogue Theatre when he was just 18.
Since then, Pearce has released music on renowned labels such as Monstercat, Heaven Sent, Dim Mak, and Ophelia, gaining the support of industry leaders like Zeds Dead, Alison Wonderland, Seven Lions, and Slander. With over 12 million streams on Spotify, performances alongside major acts, and official remixes for artists such as GG Magree & ARMNHMR, his career reached a large milestone in 2024 when he played at EDC Las Vegas on the Boombox Art Car.
Not only is Adam an experienced artist and producer, but he’s also completing a bachelor’s degree in audio engineering, constantly refining his craft. With plenty of new music and projects lined up for 2025, his focus remains on sharing his love of music and creating art that impacts others.

Every musician remembers when it all began for them. It’s like a revelation, they say, that first time you hear something. Artistic inspiration, like a
crazy spark that burns and burns. It’s also the sound that lives in Vancouver
born producer Adam Pearce’s music. He’d call it “melodic bass,” but his blending of progressive house, trance, and chillstep transcends genre. This is the sound of sun kissed crowds moving together. This is music to get lost in. Adam began producing seriously back in 2011 after discovering artists like Porter Robinson, Skrillex, and Deadmau5. So he got to work, Learning how to tell a story with music.
Pearce then earned his live debut by winning a local DJ contest. Doors started to open, and his dedication didn’t go unnoticed. He was offered the opening spot for bass heavyweights Zeds Dead at Vancouver’s iconic Vogue Theatre. Labels such as Dim Mak, SuicideSheep, Lowly Palace and DeadBeats release his music. Other DJs play it, Hardwell, Steve Aoki, Morgan Page, Arty. Along the way, Pearce opens for The Chainsmokers, What So Not, Feed Me, Ghastly, k?d, and many others.
His music resonates, but Pearce isn’t content unless he’s challenging himself. “I just want to make the music I'd want to hear” he says. If a crowd wants to feel something real, then inspiration will never be too far away
