Initially, he started his journey in electronic music as a DJ and producer on the radio, contributing to the creation and development of cultural activities surrounding this scene in his country. With a deep love for modern sounds and a unique talent for mixing, he quickly stood out as a DJ with a distinctive and recognizable style.

Marlen specializes in a wide range of house music subgenres, including house music, afro house, progressive house, organic house, and melodic house. This musical diversity has helped him attract a broad audience and build a reputation for his energetic and distinctive performances.

Throughout his career, he has performed in some of the most popular clubs and lounge bars. In addition to live performances, Marlen is active as a music producer and has collaborated with various other artists in the electronic music industry.

The first mix was recorded by the very talented Ukrainian producer, AIKON.🇺🇦 This summer, he performed in Kaunas with Kölsch. Take your time and enjoy this beautiful mix, which features some very cool unreleased tracks.

Ukrainian producer/dj AIKON has been making waves with a steady stream of acclaimed releases, dropping records on labels such as Diynamic, Multinotes, Disco Halal, Exploited & Monaberry. His music is a haunting, hypnotic mix of melodic house, breakbeats with a slight twist of a little afro vibes in there. Solomun, Dixon, AME, Pete Tong, Black Coffee, Sasha, John Digweed and Keinemusik are regular supporters of his tracks and are usually the first ones to test his new demos to a large audience. This has led to new song collaborations with Re.You , Pongo, Sobek, Radeckt. Included in a bunch of new music that's just Soul-Shaking to me - and got inspiration to make some transitions shaky as well :).  Featured are the incredible Afro Tech sounds of Mosco Lee & Nubz MusiQ's Tribe Legacy, out this upcoming week on Cabeau Music.  Also David Montoya graces again with his main remix of I Am More by RuKha (cannot get enough of this and David's talent).  Jabzz Dimitri (new one coming soon on CM!) and Kuhle are up front here with their classic, Zilili.  Cuebur blasts us off (as he always does) with a freakshow remix of Dennis Ferrer's classic, Touch The Sky.  There are a lot others that stand out.  Oluhle's voice!!!  Just Oluhle's voice... that's all.  I'm almost always in awe of XtetiqSoul's productions.  Dropped Culoe's and his classic anthem journeys near the beginning.  Saint Evo continues to release amazing and unique music that I connect with.  I can keep writing about all the others here as well, but want to stop and ask you to listen. :)

I was brought into the Deep, Soulful, Afro world in 2001 with Deep LA hosting Ben Watt for a night.  It was love at first sight and sound.  I've been fortunate enough to travel to different festivals in our scene over the years, meeting AMAZING new people, experiencing new sounds and new music.  My musical journey has just begun.
