For a musician, there's nothing like the feeling of heading out to perform a really big gig. The band has spent weeks practicing for this moment. You've told all your friends to come along, who all know this time the band is on fire and worth the effort. You've set up and completed a sound check. All the bugs, squeaks and feedback have been sorted out. You're ready!
The people turn up hoping to have fun and be thoroughly entertained. You sound great! They drop their guard and embrace you. They don't leave. It's jam packed.
You walk through the crowd between sets to slaps on the back, handshakes and praise. The manager wants you back, feeds you, some free drinks. Your friends feel you are special to them in lifting their spirits or helping them enjoy themselves.
Hence this song....HEADING OUT.

I've been in lots of bands as a front man singing old school top 40, Cold Chisel, even Bjorn in ABBA cover band plus, originals in Australia and London.
Recorded first original album in 1993 in Karnten Austria with Steps Records. Currently my focus is on family and when I find the time to release new music.
