Zum ersten Mal stand ein Black Friday unter einem massiven Einfluss von KI-Tools wie ChatGPT, Gemini und Co. Über 14 Milliarden Dollar der globalen Umsätze wurden über KI-gestützte Interaktionen initiiert, beeinflusst oder referenziert – ein Wert, der alle Prognosen sprengt.

Damit wird klar: KI ist im Handel nicht mehr „Nice to Have“ – sie ist ein Umsatzkanal.
Wer als Händler noch nicht versteht, wie LLMs über den eigenen Shop sprechen, Produkte empfehlen oder Kaufentscheidungen beeinflussen, läuft ab sofort hinterher.
