Been working on something that's somewhat relevant to this, but in the meantime I've been reacquainting myself with Iron Maiden's back catalogue. Not content to stick to just one song, I thought I'd do a bit of an exploration of their various melodies throughout their history.

The Rime Of The Steel Mistress: An instrumental rock tribute to Iron Maiden, one of the most influential & sustaining metal bands of our time. The VST software instrumental (no live instruments) features an attempt to capture the style of each band member through technique & solo personalities. Because there's no real way to recreate the unique style of Bruce's vocal talent, my tribute features a vocal-style melody courtesy of my fictional character, "Bruce Moogensin". Hope you enjoy listening as much as I did creating!
