The live freestyle set from my NCMF 2024 afters, playing direct support for San Holo at Sound-Bar. All the genres, no plan, just vibes. A little bit of everything in this mix. By far one of my favorite crowds I've ever played for, everyone was going absolutely bananas, just completely bananas.

At first, @bexamusic and I had more ambitious plans for how to play our set, but as we performed, improvisation and flow took over. We decided to follow that instinct, without worrying about crossing musical genres or any small mistakes. It was pure spontaneity and fun, and that's exactly how our set should be understood and enjoyed.

Recorded on 31.08.2024 during "Let's Plant a Techno Forest" festival in Stefanow, Poland.

SYM is a Techno DJ & producer highly influenced by the 90s.
His style is a combination of heavy grooves, dark sequences and house influences, and his music is constantly evolving that you will never hear him stuck in one sound only.

SYM is a project started in 2013 and since then he's had residencies in Civitanova Marche (Italy), Liverpool, Manchester and Ibiza.
He's now based in Barcelona where he runs a monthly event called Sociedad Groove (@sociedadgroove) and he's DJ'ed in many clubs in town such as MOOG, Garage of The Bass Valley, M7, City Hall, Macarena and in Spain like Florida 135 (Fraga), Hangar48 (Madrid) etc.
He's shared the DJ booth with big names such as Marco Bailey, Shlomi Aber, Beau Didier, M.I.T.A. Pushmann, Wex10, Pig&Dan and much more.

He also counts some other international gigs in Berlin (Ava Club); London (Werkhaus); Lille, France (La Rélève); Riga, Latvia (Moon Safari); Nazilli, Turkey (Taco Rene); Bangkok, Thailand (9 Bar Khao San Road).

His productions have received positive feedback by the likes of Luigi Madonna, Shlomi Aber, Michael Klein, A.Paul, Saytek and got released on big labels such as Naked Lunch, Dolma Records, Bloody Moon Recordings.
He's also won a remix competition which gained him a release on Darkground Records.

Despite being born with a significant hearing loss,
he embarked on his DJing adventure nearly 20 years ago, in 2005. He immersed himself in sounds from a young age, perceiving them somewhat differently than others. Turning his limitation into an advantage, he utilized his exceptionally developed imagination and sensitivity to interpret sounds through other senses.

He is a resident DJ at the 'Piekło Nad Niebem' club in Warsaw, where he hosts the event series 'OUTER SPICE', and is the curator of the 'WATA CUKROWA' stage at Splot Słoneczny (the most popular daytime events on Sundays). He has booked artists such as Just Emma, Youandewan, Dave Dinger, Tony Casanova, and JUST2.
