"Annemarie Borg's work is eclectic in that it traverses both mixed media and the individual/separate forms of music, words, poetry, sounds and the visual arts. As Founder of the ‘Antara Project’ Borg uses art forms as tools to deal with her main concerns: the fundamental changes in social and cultural environments and how these affect the present day and generations to come. “In today's world we have created our own challenge, are we now up to the task of facing it? In this task what is the part Artists can assume?” (AMB). Antara aims to build a louder voice through Art and will result in a compilation album and a day conference/performance later this year. Borg’s ‘live’ shows range from classical repertoire to experimental music with organic sound-scapes, electronica, improvisation, often in collaboration with other musicians...

Two new album released in July 2013. Antara Project (founded by Annemarie Borg in 2010) The first meeting of the Antara group of artists took place on 15 of February 2011 in London West End. My musical journey started back in the late 90's, i was flat out into trance, spinning vinyl and burning up the wheels of steel. I spent my mid to late twenties in London when funky house music was alive and thumping. I got to play at some wicked bars and sweat dripping house parties with some incredible people. Now days, it's spinning tunes across multiple genres. Whilst trance is still right up there, I've spread my wings into progressive trance, tech house, techno, jive / disco / funky / groove / progressive house.  Love a dark dirty solid bass beat ranging between 120bpm through to 145bpm. That's the sweet spot 🤙Now living in New Zealand and always up for a gig with like minded people!
