This mix was composed after a trip west to Cleveland and Chicago, then back home through Pittsburgh. A series of serendipitous circumstances found me spinning in Chicago on a Thursday evening. While I was travelling, my boy Dao worked out the details from afar on my behalf. It was great to have Alyssa with me for this one. We had a great time, then enjoyed Chicago the next day. We did the architectural boat tour. What an aesthetically pleasing city Chicago is. When we returned home, my boy Damian was in town from Orlando, so we threw down some records for a few hours. It has been a full July, and I am grateful for all my friends and family. All this contributes to the mix you find below. Thanks for listening, for real.
