20 April was het weer zover. Na het succes van 10 November 2024 was er op 20 April een 2de editie van Mac Queen Sunday. Het was alweer een schot in de roos want het was FULL HOUSE !!! Bedankt voor degene die erbij waren. Zoals beloofd post ik hier een deel van mijn setje. Veel spring plezier :-).

MR Marshall is geen doorsnee DJ. Hij is een muzikale kameleon die elk feest naar zijn hand zet. 

Verwacht geen standaard set of voorspelbare tracks: bij MR Marshall draait alles om de verrassing. Van knallende house en rauwe techno tot harde drops, retro classics, meezingers en zelfs carnavalskrakers alles kan, zolang de vibe maar klopt. 

Zijn sets zijn explosief, energiek en altijd net even anders dan je verwacht.

Maar er is meer..... Samen met The Joker vormt hij een duo dat geen regels kent. 

Ze brengen een chaos vol beats, bass en bizarre wendingen  van drum & bass tot hardstyle, van vuige classics tot feestelijke throwbacks. 

Onvoorspelbaar, intens en onvergetelijk.
Elke show is een nieuw verhaal. Elke set een rollercoaster.

Bram Danneels, aka dj gecko, started listening to Dnb/Jungle at the age of 15.
He was soon infected by the virus, buying some records and starting a tiny collection, growing bigger record by record. After some 4 years of intensive collecting he started to spin @ parties.
Taking his first steps into the world of Dnb, he came in contact with Nepthali and ever since they combined their skillz complementary in playing together.

Gecko also applied his organizing skills in some smaller events, the biggest one being the DSCI4night with Paul B (Russia) on the play list. Furthermore he was able to snare some of Belgian finest DnB dj's like Lady Vortex, Crossfire, Karlito, Wontime, Dobe'n'Daze,Axi,XZ32 vs Border, D-Lux,C-Creth, D-Convict,System-D, Hidious, Goodfella, Nephtali, Ebbman, Hookerz & Vgaz,NDM,Dj Flater, Syntax, Boycot, Cypher,Reverz, Kaytodad and others to spice up exciting dance nights around Aalter-city.
His latest project,”Vertical Horizons" is his newest shot at giving everyone the chance of getting in contact with all kinds electronic music. Apart from that he hosts a weekly internet playing session on www.jungletrain.net every Tuesday @ 18h00 – 20.00.

Since 2006 he discovers other styles like minimal techno and progressive sounds. It al begon with James Holden and its still growing. I also started started to collect vinyl of minimal and was on a way to discover new soundzzz and bitss. These days it flows on sweet cocoon/minus/border community/progressive spiced up with a bit of electro influences. With these sounds i've played a couple of party's with other local dj's /buscemi/ and many others.
Soundzz are changing every days, and its cool to follow that flow of music once you fell in love with. :)
