Ruin Me Slowly

Pentimento refers to the visible portions of an older painting beneath layers and layers of paint. It’s derived from the Italian word ‘pentirsi’, which means to repent or reconsider. To me, PENTIMENTO is just a quick look back at my life, at some of my old and recurring thoughts and problems, and the emotion they bring me now. I hope you enjoy it.

Iced Funk

Light Me Up is raw alt-R&B built on a hypnotic acoustic guitar loop. The track drops you straight into the middle of being gaslit — diary-entry verses, chant-like hooks, and a petty-to-vulnerable arc that feels both intimate and explosive. It’s confessional, unpolished on purpose, and heavy with late-night energy. From the clipped sarcasm of “Immature? What I’m trippin’ for?” to the closing mantra of “Blocked, blocked, blocked,” this song is about reclaiming power when someone twists your truth.
