Makin' Moves welcomes Lavonz!! Glad to be releasing this timeless piece that never had a full digital release which was sought after by many. The British singer-songwriter, record producer, multi-instrumentalist & DJ who was raised in a home recording studio. As a child, he induced a natural sense for music and expressed a keen interest in musical instruments together with sequencing, drums, piano, keyboard, bass guitar and Akai samplers which were all part of the new exciting education in tuning an accomplished ear for music.

Frank has worked with many of the entertainment industry%u2019s giants including but not limited to: Prince, Branford Marsalis, George Duke, Patrice Rushen, Gerald Levert, The Rude Boys, Phil Perry, Tommy Davidson, Fred Hammond, John P. Kee, Chaka Khan, Songwriting duo Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff, D.J. Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince (Will Smith), Frankie Beverly and Maze, Teena Marie, Lalah Hathaway, Terri Lynn Carrington, Phyllis Hyman, Valerie Simpson, American Idol's Rickey Minor, Philip Bailey, Teddy Pendergrass and so many more. 

'Listen To Your Heart' came out in 2000 on an album called Love Stories. New Jersey house producers Adam Rios and Mark Lewis aka AMFlow loved the original song and felt the hook would work nicely with a house music beat and made a special mix for themselves that they would play out in dj sets. 

We heard the new mix and sent it to Frank asking if we could release it and he loved it so much he re-sung the vocals and the rest they say is history! 

AMFlow are Adam Rios and Mark Lewis hailing from New Jersey, USA. Adam has been in the industry for many years mostly producing house music with legend Timmy Regisford and the Shelter crew for many years and has recently stepped up his solo projects with Vega Records. This exciting side project with Mark Lewis is called AMFlow. Expect to hear more form these guys later this year!

Makin' Moves was set up in the Summer 2012, a new music and events company set up by Matt Langrish-Smith and Jamesey D. Makin' Moves nurtures up and coming talent, aswell as collaborating with established names. Matt has a wealth of experience under his belt having previously worked for dance independents Papa Records and Tribe Records UK, an internationally acclaimed label and events company. Jamesey, along with hosting his own radio show on www.housefm.net since 2004, has been an essential cog in the wheel of London's soulful & deep house scene, independently performing at most of the major parties in London swell as guest spots abroad in Japan, New York and Dubai. 

The label has seen a heavy output of quality releases this year from the likes of Dazzle Drums from Japan, DJ Fudge & Hallex M from Hong Kong and UK soul singer Omar, Gianluca Pighi & Massimo Paramour from Italy and Tiger Wilson from New York all of which have reached the top positions on digital promo store Traxsource.com.

William Morrison born and raised on the lower east side of N.Y.C. in the 60's & 70's. Got into music early in his years listening to R&B and Jazz. When he met Larry Levan in 1976. Thats when he decided to take it to the next level. He asked Larry to teach him how to play. After William left the scene of Paradise Garage. He started dj'ing private party's in downtown Brooklyn. In 1984, William's life went in a different direction and he stopped playing. 26 years later William decided to play music again. Even though he doesn't consider himself a Dj. William has received praise from some of top legendary Dj's in the world. Letting him know he can play with the best of them.
