On this episode, Crystal kicks it off by sharing some of her own experiences since our last Chat with Crystal episode, including how she was able to “release” 40 lbs during our hiatus. Although it feels incredible, it’s really not about the weight. Crystal shares how enforcing more boundaries, speaking her truth, and inviting more “temperance” into her life (her “word” of the year) has made such a massive impact.

Our first caller is Amy. Having chatted with Crystal before over one-on-one coaching, Amy shares how although she’s gotten everything “ready to go” for an upcoming project she’s launching at her already established and super cool business; she’s finding herself stuck in fear and unable to execute it and share it with her world (and her already “warm” list), in fear of being judged. Crystal helps Amy identify where she’s feeling this fear in her body, work through it, and help reframe things in a more accurate and Self-loving way. As we always teach in Empowerment Coaching: emotions first, strategy second. 

Sonia joins the last bit of the call. She expresses that she’s having a bit of a rough time after her daughter shared with her that she was sexually assaulted as a 7-year-old little girl by another boy her age. Sonia says she’s having trouble understanding it and figuring out the best way to support her. Crystal discusses Active Listening versus Reflective Listening and how Sonia can make space for her daughter to ensure she feels heard and validated.

[PIP3JAM] Cold Read -~- [Deltarune: The Same and Whatnot Puppet]

This is the "Analysis Paralysis" replacement for my un-new and de-original AU, "Deltarune: The Anti-Otherer Puppet". Think about it, the pipeline is made of AUs swapping, and you can consider the continuous swap pattern as a single direction of swapping, where characters change in predictable ways based on the previous versions of themselves. Anti-puppets are sort of "revertswaps", in the sense that they swap in the "opposite direction", basing characters more closely on their previous incarnations rather than extending the original pattern, which ironically, in my opinion at least, CAN still lead to interesting patterns in logic.
I did a poll for which In The Rough puppet should get its own full OST and this one won!!! The happy poll winner Anti-Otherer is HERE !!!!

Ash Roy’s career spanning two decades has made him one of the most progressive and revered artists. His style moves through minimal and techno with a pinch of psychedelia, tied up elegantly with percussions. Engaged in both Germany's and India's underground techno circuits, Ash has delivered distinctive hybrid sets across Europe, Australia, the USA, and Asia. His deep-seated passion for minimal techno shines through his releases on various labels. His releases appear on labels such as Dark Face Recordings, Trapez Ltd., Alpaka Muzik, Techgnosis, Gain Records, Frequenza, Phobos, Ballroom Records, Jannowitz, Hydrozoa, Bully Beatz, and his very own Soupherb Records, to name a few.

Ash made a significant impact with his debut at the Netherlands’ Awakenings in 2017, earning a return invitation the following year. In 2019, he debuted at Esoteric Festival Australia, leading to an extensive six-gig tour across the country. His performance at Fusion Festival's iconic Turmbühne stage in 2021 marked another milestone, along with his debut at Germany's Wurzel Festival.

The summers of 2022 and 2023 saw Ash gracing stages at prestigious festivals such as Fusion Festival, Esoteric Festival Australia, Hai in den Mai Festival (Germany), Bucht der Träumer Festival, Gaggalacka Festival (Germany), Master of Puppets (Czech Republic), Château Perché (France), Praerie Festival (Germany), Wurzel Festival (Germany), and Zouav’Fest (France).

In 2024, he was once again invited to Fusion Festival to perform at the Palast der Republik stage and made his debut at Antaris, Evolution Festival and Rave the Planet.

In 2013, Ash launched Soupherb Records, which has since become India's leading minimal techno label, boasting over 220 releases from artists worldwide. This showcases his dedication to promoting forward-thinking and experimental music.
