So this song is introducing Atonement again as a climactic boss that reprises... Although it's not the actual boss theme, more of a "secret phase 2".

After Atonement bested Aniyah, Kingdom's Throne healed her. It was the fact that Jasper Duskfiel was watching his fiancé that struck the nerve. He observed everything. After a strong leap, he crumbled the ground in a solid and firm landing. The whole cavern shook, some stalagmites fell from the ceiling and crushed multiple fungi-creatures. 

There was a distinct yellow glow in Jasper's eyes. His rage and willpower surpassed that of an average man. Atonement mocked him. Jasper didn't play nice, however.

"Divinity is EARNED, you priceless piece of SHIT!" Jasper mocked him back, Atonement didn't like this. "And what have we here, a reverent machine spanning that of millennium? What of a GOD have you to state?" Atonement looked at Jasper, being given surprisingly daring claims. "And who are you to claim this?" Jasper mocked him with irritation "YOUR MAKER!" In fractions of milliseconds he was centered at Atonement's face. His eyes, beating and clashing with Atonement's screen, began to shudder his system. It was the sheer power of Jasper's WILLPOWER that crumbled the very structure of Atonement. He was an evil mankind could never suffice.

"All it takes, Atonement, is one solid punch, and you rot in hell for eternity. Don't act as if I don't know your secrets." Atonement trembled in fear, for once a machine felt true emotion. "I SEE... BUT I MUST ADMIT, AS RULER OF THIS LAND... YOU MUST INHERIT THE LAWS." In a daring escapade, Atonement tried this as a last resort. "I don't follow the rules, ANYWHERE." Jasper knocked Atonement into the cavernous walls, leaving trails of his henchman flying forwards due to the impact and inertia. Jasper held him by supernatural strings, clenching his metal pores. "Shall we continue with this?" 

Atonement yelped and screeched in anguish. "YOU MONSTER!" Jasper smiled and laughed, ooze falling from his eyes. "This evil you see is justice. Not what you'd expect." Jasper took a haughty breath, "I AM JUSTICE, I AM THE ONE WHO CONTROLS ALL, I AM THE MAN BELOW HIS OWN; THE MAN WHICH ORCHESTRATES THIS WORLD!" The strings tightened. Atonement screamed due to the feeling of hell surpassing his soul.

"You have two minutes to decide what you want to do. Make it count." Atonement desperately tried to move, but couldn't. Aniyah woke up, seeing Jasper somehow control Atonement, she saw the strings. Her heart froze, and she got up. "JASPER! PUT HIM DOWN!" Jasper obliged instantly. She ran to Atonement, picking him up gently, "Please, PLEASE..." Atonement, having seen Aniyah's compassion, admired her.

"Fine... You know the truth. I am a man in a machine's vessel." After hearing this, Jasper mocked him in secret. Aniyah began crying. "And you're redeemable, too." Atonement began to power off, but before he did, he muttered words.

"You... I... Accept..."

He shut down. Aniyah was sobbing, Jasper realized and ran to hug her. "I-I'm sorry..." Aniyah embraced him. "It's okay... You avenged me... But it hurts to see these beasts deal with such pain." Jasper eyed her, "You didn't cry for the abominations, why?" Aniyah exclaimed strongly, "They're not meant to be alive. Human DNA and plant confines? Do you realize what that is?" Jasper eyed her confused.

"Nephilim, but worse. Using fungus." Jasper eyed her funnily. "Cool... Good you killed them all."

And so our heroes continue their journey...
