In any case, whatever its virtues or liabilities, anger seems to be all-pervasive in our contemporary political culture. We are in, according to Pakaj Mishra, an “Age of Anger.”

Connecting emotional release with felt physical experience is the core of somatic work. Inna Segal mentions in The Secret Language of Your Body that the gallbladder and liver are known to hold stored anger. Color frequencies such as red and green can be combined and visualized for healing. Whether you practice reiki and use this track as a companion, or you simply look up an image of Sei He Ki + Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, their effects will be present in this meditation. EFT tapping is guided in the practice, with affirmations supporting feeling, accepting and releasing stored anger, while bilateral stimulation music plays in the background.

PREMIERE | Cass x Baunder - Anger Management (Cass Rub-a-Dub-Dub Mix) [PFTR]

So I wanted to make a Hard Industrial set for some time now, and I'm glad that I got that out of my way :)
This is my first time mixing hard industrial tracks that I collected for the last few years, and I can say that I feel stress-free after  2 hours of managing anger.
If you like any of the tracks, you can find most of them on my liked playlist.
I played the set on my usual Numark Mixtrax Pro 3 (although both channels are not working, so I'm improvising with recording and how to mix, haha)
But hey, can't stop mixing even tho both channels are dead, right?
I also have a recording of a live room sesh when I made this, so maybe that pops up one day.
