Many years after Monsterkind had finally been set free, Alphys suggested to her friends that they all dress up as each other for Halloween, playing off the whole "dressing up as monsters" thing that humans were still prone to doing. A lot of them really seemed to like the idea. So much so, that a certain ghostly, theatrical entertainment robot would be inspired to write a stage play for him and his friends to perform in.

Inspired partially by the CORE, Snowdin Forest has been transformed into an entirely artificial valley. A landscape entirely of plastic, the Silicone Valley. This monochrome, blank slate-like landscape is home to a more relaxed community of creatives, all adding a splash of color to their surroundings.

(Mettaton would only later learn that he entirely misunderstood the concept of "Silicon Valley".)

A lot of them really seemed to like the idea. So much so, that a certain ghostly, theatrical entertainment robot would be inspired to write a stage play for him and his friends to perform in.

The cast isn't the only thing at the whims of Mettaton's retelling, as the distinct locations across which the story takes place all have received a makeover as well! Inspired partially by Hotland, the Ruins has been transformed into an ancient, underground desert temple. It's also home to what used to be a communal area for both humans and monsters, many years before the war.

Loosely inspired by Waterfall, the nextmost area in Mettaton's retelling is Stormchase. Alongside heavy, heavy rain, it's also where Asgore and Undyne made their start (de)constructing new buildings, new homes, new... infrustructure as a whole!

(Note: This weekend's uploads are going to be at rather unusual times given my busy schedule for the next couple days. They'll be up when they're up, but don't be surprised if it's hours earlier or hours later than usual!)

After a long series of not-yet-to-be-disclosed events, Frisk finds themself back in the throne room, ready to face off against Sans. All of the friends they made throughout their journey, however, show up to put a stop to the impending bloodshed.

During this, the flowers in the garden of the throne room... start to weep. Sounds of despair, sounds of hope. Sounds from across all of time, past, present and future.

hello everyone! today's is halloween, and deltarune's anniversary! it's surreal to think that it was 7 years ago when chapter 1 released, how nostalgic :,) I wanted to make something REALLY special for it, so I went and did a song for the final area of chapter 7! 

Of course I used Penumbra Phantasm, but I tried to not use the "Doctor" motif since Toby said he would not use it ever again. Apart from wanting to make a realistic attempt at a final area theme, I thought it would be just the right thing to do to show respect. 

Anyway! I love deltarune, and I hope you had a happy anniversary. I know this was a bit late, but I really tried hard the entire day (after school, of course) to make something good! I think the mixing is fine, so don't worry about breaking your eardrums this time!

Long ago, two races ruled over Earth: HUMANS and MONSTERS.
One day, war broke out between the two races.
After a long battle, the humans were victorious.
They sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell.

Over the many years, humans have fallen down. All of which were different people.

Some were kind. Some were scared. Some were brave.
Some tried to fight. Some tried to run away.
Some stayed for a long, long time.

But only one set everyone free.
