It is a genuine thrill to be part of the Electronic Convergence team (formerly Timeline Music) and once again assembling a live Verdant Session which is now in its eighth year.   This set submerges down into my favourite deep, bendy and atmospheric techno landscapes whilst spanning 30years of techno from early Aphex Twin,  Resistance D & Schizophrenia through to the latest Sungate (with Taupe) and We're Going Deep (with Remote) releases that landed with me this week. The mountains were snow capped and stark in comparison to the radiant blue sky against they were perched. The sheer scale of their presence was magnificent and terrifying at the same time. It was enough to make you feel very, very small...

Overhead there were chemtrails, pale flakey white lines in the sky. However, there was not a plane to be seen.

As he strolled across the mountain tops, taking in the ever changing view, he began to wonder what it might be like to live out here in the middle of nowhere. For there was nothing but the pale blue, the thick white and a sense of beautiful, delicate isolation.

o.utlier is set to release a new album called 'Alaya', an excellent assortment of thoughtful Electronic music for reflective moments and finding clarity. This is atmospheric music at its very best.

After some time we are very excited to announce our new EP by French pals @atomic-moog. With amazing releases on @lowless-music, @monument-podcast & @delsinrecords we are huge fans of their music and their approach to production and feel they are a strong fit for what Appian is all about : ) On show here are warm, heavily textured cerebral journeys densely packed with analogue atmosphere and feeling, with Dub at its core. We think they have created something very special indeed.
