2005-2006 saw a string of releases on white labels that consisted of oldskool UK Garage mashups. Fly Bi, Mic Tribute, Never Gonna Let You Go & Know We being just a few examples. This time around, we've decided to give the mashup treatment to the classic by the Architechs "Body Groove" in an attempt to bring back this good old days! London Grooves is a father / son duo from London, specialising in House and UK Garage music, covering all ranges from oldskool classics from the 90's, to the nuskool bangers of today.

We also (try to) produce our own tracks which will be posted up on this page, usually for free download. Hopefully some of the noise is acceptable and you enjoy!
