Foi exatamente em 80’s que a tecnologia se juntou com a música, apesar de que em 60’s e 70’s já existia os instrumentos, entretanto as limitações tecnológicas, o tornavam tudo muito caro, possibilitando só grandes estúdios ou universidades possuírem, logo, foi somente na virada dos anos 70’s para 80’s que teve o BOOM de inovações, fazendo dos anos 80’s uma sonoridade singular, como a de Planet Rock.    

Criada a partir da Roland TR-808, Planet Rock do Afrika Bambaataa & Soulsonic Force, foi umas das tracks mais importantes, criada na Drum Machine Tr-808, sendo uma das primeiras músicas que fez sucesso com a lendária 808. Inspirado no Kraftwerk, Arthur Baker teve a ideia de pegar Samplers de Trans-Europe Express do Kraftwerk, ou seja pegou a melodia e também pegou a batida, o Kick de Numbers.

Afrika Bambaataa, tido como padrinho do Hip Hop e responsável pelo movimento Electro da época, era inspirado pelo Funk de James Brown, e daí em 1982, Planet Rock é lançada pelo famoso selo Tommy Boy Records, sendo um dos fatores que o público da época gostou, era pelas influências do Synthpop, muito sintetizador, fora a inspiração no Kraftwerk, e a questão do Hip Hop que até então naquela época, somente o Herbie Hancock e GrandMaster Dst , e o Herbie Hancock já era ovacionado e conhecido na época

TECHNO, HOUSE, ELECTRONICS - My life, my style!

I was born in the late 60's, but only in the late 70's I got to absorb the disco era. I was a listener, but always with a keen sense. It was where everything began, a passion for eletronic music.
In the 80's, these most intensely lived, and for me one of the best. I absorbed a generation of true musicians, which adds even more knowledge and feeling.
Nowadays, with all knowledge that I have gotten, I look intensely all the songs of the past. I really miss those times and I do not deny. After all, having this feeling is a spiritual universe, where we bring with us in our lives, everything good that we got. It is our story on a journey throughout time, going back, reviving às if it were the first time, remembering, inventing everything again making the "now" become Alive as in the pas, becoming a source of life.
in my sets there might be a tech house, a techno, or rather any Söns that may please my ears.

Over the last 16 years, Lebrosk has been rocking Amsterdam boat parties, UK festivals, cool funky bars and various clubs all over Europe. His music style spans funk, soul, house, breaks and everything in between! 

You can catch him playing at his monthly London residency for the 'Street Records' bar chain where he's had a residency for over 11 years and keep an eye out for his Saturday afternoon vinyl session dates playing at Blue Collar in Reading. 

With over half a decade reviewing tunes for Mixmag under his belt, Lebrosk has got a keen ear for the latest big tracks whilst also knocking out in his own mixtapes, remixes and edits here on his Soundcloud page.
