Having a social support system   a network of strong relationships   has a tremendous effect on one s health. Science has shown that people with supportive people in their lives live longer, have better health, and report having higher well-being.   It s important to surround yourself with positive and trustworthy people who can walk through your triumphs and struggles with you. They should be encouraging, care about your life goals, and have your best interests at heart. When you have that kind of support system, you ll be more likely to reach your goals and persevere through hardship. But these relationships must be maintained to reach their full benefit. S7 E31 New Episode, Need More Time…

This track has a bitter-sweet memory. It is an upbeat track, telling of the Angel on my Shoulder, who guides me and protects me. However, the song is a tribute to the memory of Ana, the daughter of dear friends, who tragically took her own life. Suicide is too common, especially among younger people and a donation from downloads of this track will be made to 'Baton of Hope', a suicide awareness charity in UK.

this track goes into the temptations that can be forced upon you in life in particular a young kid in 2016 a family lost a young man by the name of Pheonix Werner he was 14 years old and he died from chroming or as some people call it "huffing" nobody deserves to go out like that and i think its messed up that somebody can just be taken away in an instant i feel like not enough people have tried to address this situation i just want to share my point of view on someone i went to school with and played football with that tragically passed away to a stupid trend that was going around at the time

I love music, I believe in the power of music, I consider music a great gift from God. Singing and song writing have always been my best and favourite expression. I wish that those with this gift could bless the world with it and be blessed by it, such that they don't have to waste their time, energy and passion pursuing other and insignificant things. We will die, but our songs will live after us.
