Settimana scorsa i dati del lavoro americano hanno mostrato un rallentamento dell'economia, con tasso di disoccupazione in aumento e revisione negativa delle nuove buste paga. 

Anche l'indice ISM e l'indice di sorpresa economica sono scesi ai minimi dal 2015. Giovedì, saranno rilasciati i dati sull'inflazione americana e inizierà la stagione degli utili, con aspettative di crescita dell'8,7% per l'S&P 500, segnando il quarto trimestre consecutivo di crescita. 

Tuttavia, l'S&P 500 ha un PE superiore del 20% alla media, mentre il PE del settore tech è cresciuto del 100% rispetto al 25% degli utili. In Europa, i PE sono inferiori e in Cina il PE è ai minimi degli ultimi 20 anni. 

I settori real estate ed energetici sono fortemente scontati a causa del rallentamento economico e dei tassi elevati. 

In conclusione, il mercato alterna eccessi creando opportunità e rischi, con buone prospettive per aziende tradizionali e dividendi elevati.

Voor de 8e keer onderzocht De Corporatiestrateeg deze zomer hoe het ervoor staat met het portefeuille- en assetmanagement. Dit jaar vulden 75 corporaties de enquête in.

De trend op de iets langere termijn is positief; sinds 2017 nemen steeds meer corporaties hun portefeuille- en assetmanagement structureel mee in de jaarcyclus. Maar na 2022 is die groei helaas wel tot stilstand gekomen.

Het is verstandig om je wijkplannen met deze drie ingrediënten te koppelen aan je portefeuille- en assetmanagement. Slechts 27 procent van de corporaties die deze zomer meededen aan ons onderzoek blijkt dit daadwerkelijk te doen.
