This remix is simultaneously more upbeat and more minimal, delivering a chunky and hypnotic beat underneath the filtered trance stabs and relentless acid of the original. Smoother, tighter, darker, brighter. Producer Tony Quinn reinterprets "Assid" by Traxidax with a tight new drum set, and a bassline featuring juuuust that little more spunk. Perhaps truer to the original than the original itself, this tasteful rework provides spaciousness and emotive depth through smart arrangement and genre sensibility.
