When I hear this tune I see red roses in my mind's eye. This is a track from 2021, one of my very first tracks. It was made in Ableton. I really like this one, it was made during a time when I was at my most creative.

These methods, including the most recent iteration, Internal Family Systems, offer a non-shaming perspective where we learn to be in dialogue with ourselves and our parts rather than trying to suppress aspects of the self.
