TORYA WINTERS 
Torya is an Edinburgh based actor and writer, and graduate of RCS. She was shortlisted for the Scottish Arts Club Flash Fiction Award in 2021, and her short plays have been performed at the Blazing Hyena scratch night and workshopped at Stage to Page in Glasgow. She is currently working on a one woman play about maternal mental health.

Charlotte Smith
Charlotte Smith is an Edinburgh-based playwright. She studied Drama Writing at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and her work has been performed at the Edinburgh Fringe, Òran Mór, the Scottish Youth Theatre, the CCA, the Golden Goose Theatre and the Camden Irish Centre. She was longlisted for the David MacLennan Award at Òran Mór in 2022 and 2024, and shortlisted for WonderFools' Positive Stories for Negative Times 2024 programme. Charlotte's play The Sculptor is currently being performed by Not So Nice! Theatre at the Edinburgh Horror Festival. Her work is sometimes surreal, often supernatural, and always queer.

Listen to The Story of Eli – A music book. Now you will be able to submerge into the well of lore that is Lamashtu. This is a brand new concept where music is combined with story telling and we hope that you will enjoy it.

There are many ways to tell a story. Sometimes the same story can be told in different mediums. This is what Sandra Mattsson did by writing a book and an album telling the story of Eli. Originally the Swedish book Eli was combined with its correlating track in the album release Tro (Lamashtu's III'rd album). Both of the releases were translated and combined into a new form of audio play that we simply call a music book.

The Story of Eli - Chapter 1 - Part 1

📝 Synopsis 📝
"The Pathfinders are a beginner military group instructed by members of the Isle of Refuge, a subsidiary of Egrenia. They partake in a sailing mission to intervene with the Dominion’s conquest in Lower Esnai."

👥 Cast of Characters 👥
Fritz is the silent protagonist. They are the latest Pathfinder recruit, lacking memories of their origins. Mysteriously talented with a sword.
Aldin (voiced by June Wilkins) is an experienced combatant in the later ranks of the Pathfinders, close to becoming an Egrenian soldier. He serves as a guiding figure and gets along with Fritz after their sparring match.
Iori (voiced by Erika Strauss) is also an experienced Pathfinder. Sarbine's childhood friend. Despite being continuously annoyed at Sarbine for how weak he is, Iori looks out for him when needed.
Sarbine (also voiced by June Wilkins) is barely capable of fending himself, but hides an otherworldly aura that others are unaware of. Iori's childhood friend.
Tooth (voiced by Thomas Schrems) and Nail (voiced by Anthony Sarmiento) are brothers and share a leadership role in the Isle of Refuge.
Price (voiced by Mike French) is the primary instructor and guardian of the Pathfinders.
Leif (voiced by Jacob Baker) is a Refuge guard who briefs the soldiers and Pathfinders on their mission to Lower Esnai.

🏳️ Background 🏳️
An Ambush at Egrenian Waters is a fantasy radio play that highlights a story taken from some Dungeon & Dragons sessions I had with friends a few years ago. The lore for said DnD sessions were heavily inspired by Deepwoken, a fantasy roleplaying game on Roblox. For the radio play, most terms and names are altered. New characters were made outside of the original Dnd session lore.
The music heard are MIDI compositions of a few music tracks from Deepwoken and the Fire Emblem series

FONORAMA to fundacja, która zrzesza twórczynie i twórców związanych z poznańską sceną słuchowisk, muzyczną, dźwiękową i literacką. Tworzą ją: Maria Marcinkiewicz-Górna, Anna Szamotuła, Kuba Kapral, Rafał Zapała, Patryk Lichota, Hubert Wińczyk i mooryc.

Persistent and Nasty is a script-reading, debate and art as activism initiative for women and gender minorities in the stage and screen industries. We are committed to an intersectional approach and aim to use the space we’ve created to provide a platform for the spectrum of marginalised voices in our culture.

Through a series of script readings, live debates and a regular podcast series, we aim to amplify the unrepresented voices in theatre and film.

Our goal is to create a project that is safe and supportive, but that is also an act of protest. Persistent and Nasty is about changing the cultural narrative through the stories we tell.

Lamashtu is a female fronted symphonic avantgarde metal band. Darkness surrounds us but we are not the broken ones. Lyrics in Swedish.
