In light of the recently ceased LAUSD strike and their tentative victory, I take a look at the events that got us to this point, using Los Angeles' SEIU Local 99 as the main character. Watch as the state uses every available excuse and tactic to not pay its poorest workers while also wasting its money on a bunch of worthless bullshit.

This a bonus episode with a part two planned that will eventually be a real episode, lol. Idk how this works but that's the plan. This stoty ends around the start of the pandemic, and will pick off again with the appointment of Carvalho as the new superintendent. When is that coming out? Who knows, but be excited for it!
