Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the British dj & producer Mal_Hombre (Axis Records / MindTripRec).

Mark Sweeny a.k.a. MAL_HOMBRE is a Glasgow born techno DJ and producer who is based in Leeds England.
Having DJ’d under his own name for many years in his native homeland, a life abroad for 5 years in Central America ignited his passion for producing the genre and creating the MAL_HOMBRE alias.
With a host of previous releases under his belt, in 2021 Mark released a total of 40 tracks on various labels.
It was this year he also released his first ever album ‘Andromeda Outpost’ on Jeff Mills’ Axis Records, being the first ever UK producer to release an album on the legendary techno label.
With his music continually supported at big Techno events by: Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Joseph Capriati, Black Lotus and Jeff Mills, Mark was also included in Dave Clarke’ top 10 producers for 2021.
Mark continued in 2022 with his first LIVE set in Holland in front of 15,000 people and now in 2023 with his own label ‘’Voyager Recordings’’ focusing on sci fi and hypnotic techno.

“Rationalizing our place amongst the Stars is a referendum”.
The human lineage only diverged from our most recent common ancestor about 5 million years ago; less than half of 1% of that time, and modern Homo sapiens is only between 200,000 and 50,000 years old, depending on your definition. 
Such vast spans of time are hard for us to comprehend.

The singularity had no dimensions and space and so it stands to reason that it had no dimension in time. 
In other words, there was no time so there was no such thing as “before”. By that reasoning, time itself is the same age as the universe, which is about 13.8 billion years.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the Spanish dj & producer Hugo Rolan (Axis Records / Semantica Records).

Asturian DJ and producer born in Oviedo. 
Both his sound as a DJ or his musical productions are based on a deep respect for the techno sound, his influences do not understand fashions, they move away from that path and are other musical pillars with which he has formed his own sound universe.
The sum of all these perceptions, began to take shape a couple of years ago with his debut album, nothing more and nothing less than in the label Warm Up Recordings of Oscar Mulero, saw the light his first album 'Origen Cero' in which shows us all the Techno spectrum that has internalized. 
The second reference published was for Jeff Mills' Axis Records label, 'Futuristic Technology' in which he shows us his roots and his most dominant influences, approaching us to an otherworldly sound journey. 
These two releases made him known and since then he has released on labels as important as: Semantica, Molecular Recordings, Edit Select, Illegal Allien Records, Faut Section, Legend1997 and many more labels where he has been able to show us his vision of techno.
In the artistic part of the booth he tries to make dynamic sets, create atmospheres and take us to musical landscapes of other worlds as he does in his residence at Lanna Club.
All this makes us find ourselves with an artist who is marking his own path, in no hurry to arrive, but without leaving it.

Today we are thrilled to host this massive mix which brings us the artist's driving peak time sound, an explosive journey which is typical of his sets.

2021 saw Arjun release his debut artist album "Exit Fragments" on Jeff Mill's AXIS Records.
The LP received several accolades including the 'Best Albums of the Year' by Mixmag. Boldly moving away from a major mainstage career at a time when his erstwhile live act, Jalebee Cartel, was sharing headlining spots with The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy and Modeselektor, Arjun followed his love for the counterculture by traveling into darker, more experimental terrain. Always inspired by the sounds coming out of Berlin, he based many summer tours out of Germany before moving to New York and finally settling in Goa. Arjun’s knowledge and use of technology on stage is unparalleled, and he innovatively wields drum machines and modular synthesizers to create an electrifying atmosphere. His ability to literally ‘move’ a dance floor, not just play to it, has brought him to legendary clubs like Tresor, Womb & Paradiso, and prominent festivals such as Awakenings, BPM, Sonar, ADE, Fusion, Sunburn and Supersonic, playing alongside the industry’s finest.

His productions have truly put him, and India, on the electronic music map. Early tracks like “She Said” and “Terrakoz” were championed by Hawtin and Dubfire, and subsequently licensed to compilations by Carl Cox and John Digweed. Remixes soon followed for Danny Tenaglia, Victor Calderone and Dave Seaman. Now signed to Axis Records, REKIDS, KEY Vinyl, his previous releases on Drumcode, SCI+TEC, Tronic, and Planet Rhythm have received worldwide acclaim, and his signature sounds are regularly played at DC10 in Ibiza or Berghain in Berlin.
