This version was created using high-quality symphonic libraries (BBCSO Spitfire Audio), Albion ONE (Spitfire audio) Choir Omnia (Native Instruments) and mixed/mastered with Studio One (Presonus).

Melancholic Piano Theme, Emotional Story-Driven Video Game Music

House on 34th St.

A Christmas-themed, cinematic composition created exclusively with the BBC Symphony Orchestra Professional library by Spitfire Audio. The entire piece was recorded and arranged in Cubase Pro 14, then mixed and mastered in Logic Pro.

For audio processing I used AIR Reverb Essential by Spitfire Audio, EQ Logic Pro, Ozone Imager 2, and Panagement 2 to give the music space and clarity. The mix was intentionally kept simple in order to preserve the natural character of the samples and their placement in the hall during recording.

This piece serves as a demo, showcasing the sonic possibilities of BBCSO Professional in a festive, cinematic atmosphere.

I am Russ M Kuchman, a hobbyist midi composer on an exciting journey of musical exploration. I love learning and experimenting with a wide variety of instruments and techniques to create something fresh and personal. From orchestral pieces to modern electronic sounds, I’m always exploring different music genres. My goal is to improve a little bit with each composition I write, and I’m excited to share that journey with you. Antoine van Kampen is a semi-professional Dutch music producer, (live) musician, and mixing/master engineer. His music spans different genres. You can find Antoine on YouTube, SoundCloud, and Spotify.

Antoine was trained at young age on the electronic organ mostly playing classical and popular sheet music. After six years he moved to piano and synthesizer (the Crumar Bit 99) and he started playing in his first band (Bad Weather). At the same time he got introduced to Cubase on a Atari computer in the studio of the local school of music.

The last 30 years, Antoine performed live in multiple bands varying from rock, pop, and funk to musical, jazz, and big band. This experience he uses to compose his own music (e.g. Time to Start). During these years he got fluent  with the Cubase digital audio workstation (DAW) and a large range of other music software for composing (Dorico), mixing (Cubase), mastering (Wavelab), and high-quality virtual instruments from, for example, Steinberg, Native Instruments, East West, and MusicLab. He also organized a beginners course in mixing using Reaper. Antoine got increasingly interested in mixing his own compositions as well as music produced by other bands.

To facilitate his musical endeveours he has set up a well-equiped home studio (Skippy Studio) which harbours a large range of keyboards and other studio equipement and software. Recently, Antoine became more experienced in home studio acoustics including measuring studio sound characteristics, and treated his mixing room to improve the mixing process. He also has a general interest in the mathematics and physics of sound in relation to the mixing process.

Recently, he stopped with playing in live bands to fully focus on music production (composing, playing, mixing, and mastering). His skills and experience allows him to cover this complete trajectory in a unique and iterative fashion. Currently, he engaged with Sound Education Nederland to become a music producer professional.

A life altering event in 2005 kicked me out of my chair to pursue a dream I'd had for a while - composing and recording my own music. Another life altering event in 2021 kicked me again to pursue another dream I'd had for a while - sharing the creations that the Universe gave to me and see if others might like them. R. T. Batista is a versatile music composer for video games, specializing also in soundtracks for trailers and film scoring. His expertise ranges from electronic to orchestral, including writing for bands and large ensembles such as big bands. Since 2019, he has contributed to over 30 game projects, including Moth Kubit (Nintendo Switch/PC) and Stickman vs Zombies (90 million downloads on play store). His music transforms narratives into immersive sonic experiences with excellence and impact.
