BIG RELEASE INCOMING! We are honoured to welcome NYC house royalty Barbara Tucker and Parisian production sensation Sam Karlson aboard The Disco Express.

Barbara Tucker is an American house and soul singer, songwriter and choreographer born in Brooklyn, New York, US. Having had six No. 1 hits on the US Hot Dance Club Songs chart in the 1990s and into the 2000s, Barbara is nothing short of legend status.

Renowned for iconic tracks 'Beautiful People' and 'I Get Lifted', Barbara Tucker was made her breakthrough in 1994. Flash forward to 2022, Barbara travelled to Paris to collaborate with close friend Sam Karlson. Together, they recorded two absolute anthems 'Miracles' and 'Be Yourself'. The former being inspired by the lyrics to 'Elvis Presley's, 'If I Can Dream'.

Having released on Big Love (Defected Records), Robsoul and Hypnotic, Sam Karlson is an artist on the rise; known for his signature disco / funky / gospel house sound he's been endorsed by the likes of David Guetta and Bob Sinclar. His production flair is evident, with Young Pulse (Glitterbox / Funky French League) adding the cherry on the cake, brilliantly reimagining lead single 'Miracles'.
