Esta cancion esta fuertemente inspirado en las composiciones de que se encuentran en Valkyrie Profile [Motoi Sakuraba] (Uno de mis juegos favoritos de todos los tiempos junto con uno de los mejores compositores que mis oidos han podido escuchar sjkdnskjd). La compuse como si fuera para algun jefe secreto o superboss de algun rpg (o tal vez solo para un jefe comun y corriente xd). La intro esta muy inspirada en la intro de las batallas de The 7th Saga (un juego que aun no he podido completar). A pesar de todo, este tema no me gusta tanto, siento que le falta algo, aunque ya no puedo agregar nada ya que ocupe todos los canales que tenia a mis disposición, tratare de no usar tantos canales para marcar los acordes la proxima vez :p
nose que mas decir xd a lo mejor agregue algo mas tarde

This song is heavily inspired by the compositions found in Valkyrie Profile [Motoi Sakuraba] (One of my favorite games of all time along with one of the best composers my ears have ever heard sjkdnskjd). I composed it as if it was for some secret boss or superboss of some rpg (or maybe just for an ordinary boss xd). The intro is very inspired by the intro of The 7th Saga battles (a game I haven't been able to complete yet). Despite everything, I don't like this theme so much, I feel that it lacks something, although I can't add anything since I used all the channels I had at my disposal, I'll try not to use so many channels to mark the chords next time :p
I don't know what else to say xd maybe I'll add something later.

He tenido dos ocasiones en donde he llegado a perder un par de canciones que estaba haciendo, la primera fue por ahí en 2022 cuando perdí los datos de mi disco duro por culpa de una castaña xdddd, y la segunda fue mas o menos como en noviembre de 2023 donde estaba borrando varios archivos de mis canciones y los dejaba en unas carpetas mas organizadas. la cosa es que luego de ordenar todo, vacié la papelera, solo para encontrar que en la carpeta de esta canción solo se encontraba el archivo mp3 (cosa que en ese entonces la canción estaba bastante incompleta), y no el archivo ftm sjkdnskd. hice varios intentos de rehacer la canción pero nunca quede satisfecho... hasta ahora que hice esta versión que están escuchando. 

A pesar de todo, siento que esta canción pudo haber quedado un poco mejor si la hubiera retocado un poco mas, aunque en ese entonces no había mucho tiempo que perder, o era hacerle los retoques o era entrar a competir. Al final justo el día que lo subí terminaron extendiendo la fecha de subida XDDD pero como ya lo había subido no podía hacer nada... hay partes donde siento que la progresión de acordes es un poco rara, además de otras partes donde a la melodía principal le  tuve que cambiarle un par de efectos que tenia para que no sonaran muy fuera de tono(?)... pero fuera de eso igual me gusto la canción, además de que estoy feliz que haya podido incluir una melodía que siempre me gustaba tocar en el piano cuando era chico. Nose que mas decir xd

Espero que disfruten la canción y que tengan un feliz Halloween :D

I've had two occasions where I've lost a couple of songs I was doing, the first was around 2022 when I lost the data on my hard drive because of a chestnut xdddddd, and the second was around November 2023 where I was deleting several files of my songs and left them in some more organized folders. the thing is that after sorting everything, I emptied the trash, only to find that in the folder of this song was only the mp3 file (which at that time the song was quite incomplete), and not the ftm file sjkdnskd. I made several attempts to remake the song but I was never satisfied... until now that I made this version that you are listening to.

In spite of everything, I feel that this song could have been a little better if I had retouched it a little more, although at that time there wasn't much time to lose, either I had to do the retouching or I had to compete. In the end just the day I uploaded it they ended up extending the upload date XDDD but as I had already uploaded it I couldn't do anything... There are parts where I feel that the chord progression is a bit weird, plus other parts where the main melody I had to change a couple of effects I had so they wouldn't sound too out of tune(?)... but other than that I still liked the song, plus I'm happy that I could include a melody that I always liked to play on the piano when I was a kid. I don't know what else to say xd

Threw a little something together for the listeners on my day off today, hope you dig it. It's a freestyle session, starts off with some jazzy vibes and rolls through several different subs. Making Famicom chiptunes from the west coast of Canada, lover of RPGs and all things pixel!

An ‘Open Format DJ’ from Newry in County Down with over 15 years of experience playing in Clubs and Venues across Ireland. Flip Mac’s journey into DJing is very much rooted from Electronic Dance Music thanks to Artist’s such as Delerium, Rui Da Silva, and Shapeshifters which often soundtracked his journey to school in the early 2000s. The gift of a shoebox from his uncle stocked with 1990’s piano house mixtapes further pressed his determination to get behind a set of decks, and time spent away at College in Liverpool influenced the colourful funky house sound still prominent in his sets.  

Flip initially carved his path to becoming a steadfast name in the Irish club scene during his time at the notorious Relic Nightclub in Newry; playing mix of peak time, open to close and warm up sets for world renowned guest DJ’s in a residency which spanned the best part of a decade. These years were massively significant in honing his skills as a multi genre Club DJ and added versatility to his style which in turn opened the door to further successful residencies in Belfast, Dundalk, and the iconic Voodoo Venue in Letterkenny.

Currently, Flip Mac can be heard at his weekend residencies in Ginger Jane's, Newry and Quinns, Newcastle.
