I took a little time to record my progress on some of the Bach Cello Suites today.  Here is the Gigue from the first suite in G major performed down an octave from the cello part.  I feel there is always work to do on these pieces.

Pianist Vladimir Oppenheim performs as soloist throughout Canada, US & Israel.
His repertoire encompasses great classics and 20th century composers such as Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Scriabin, Ravel, Shostakovich, Messiaen, Bartok and others.
He has earned a Bachelor in Music in Piano performance from The Rubin Academy of Music in Jerusalem, Israel. Amongst Vladimir’s teachers, there were prominent pianists Boris Lvov & Michael Boguslavsky.
The years of studies at the Academy were devoted also to widening a piano repertoire. Vladimir received numerous acclaims for performances of Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No 2, Tchaikovsky’s No 1, and Rachmaninoff’s No 2 & 3 & Ravel's Piano Concerto for Left Hand.
As of late, Vladimir has continued his studies with pianist Gregory Haimovsky in New York, who himself was a pupil of a wonderful pianist Yakov Zak from Moscow conservatory.
Currently Vladimir Oppenheim lives in Toronto, Canada.

As a Professional Tubist, Ben has performed and recorded a wide range or styles from avant garde, orchestral, ballet, opera to jazz, blues, metal, rock, bluegrass, rockabilly and indy rock. This outlet is more for his own development as a composer, singer, and sound engineer. Classically trained, Ben always had a keen eye for the atypical role for his musical voice, starting with his senior recital, performing Metallica "Anisthesia/Pulling Teeth" as an encore to mark a departure from pure traditional repertoire.  it's all just part of the fun.

Richard Emmet has composed music for feature films, television, radio, commercials, multimedia, the concert stage, ballet, and more than 40 audiobooks. His music has been placed in dozens of TV shows, including FBI Criminal Pursuit, As the World Turns, One Life to Live, Sesame Street, Dog the Bounty Hunter, and Bravo’s Fashion Show.

As a musician, Richard has performed in jazz orchestras, rock bands, chamber music groups, and Javanese gamelan ensembles on the east and west coasts.

In addition, Richard spent five years as an assistant to Frank Zappa.

I am a composer, flutist and software engineer. I have taken back the study of piano since May 2018. Member SACEM and Archebole.
