El reconocido técnico es es médico veterinario egresado de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Argentina), profesor adjunto de Fisiología Animal y director del Laboratorio de Nutrición Mineral, especialista en nutrición animal.
La actividad en Paysandú se organizó en conjunto con Veterinaria Fraschini en la Asociación Rural Exposición Feria.-
