[Deltarune: The Other Same Puppet] Another Month in Hell + California Cowabunga

Another location battle theme. I felt it was time I deem this track finished rather constantly saying I wanna add more to it. I think it sounds perfectly fun and good as is.

Wanted a far more futuristic sounding location as kinda think of like some Eggman stage type location I'd picture this would take place in.

Actually, I believe this and the Techno-Circus track share the same drum sample... Really reiterates my need for remaking these tracks with build from ground up drum sf's.
