Få ting varmer hjertet til Jørn Idar så mye som belgisk øl, og denne gangen er det en liten ølperle som blir presentert. For med seg har han Hakim Djemaa fra Brouwerij de Halve Maan, selve bybryggeriet til Brugge i Belgia. 

Dette er en by som er på UNESCOs verdensarvliste, og som definitivt gir noen utfordringer til det å drive et moderne bryggeri. Men siden 1856 har bryggeriet vært en viktig del av byen, og det ser ut til at det skal de fortsette med de neste 150 årene også!

Although St. Patrick's Day is long gone you can't go wrong with one of these beers, especially this one from Hailstorm Brewing. As the guys knock back a couple of cans they also have a bottle of 2017 Bourbon County Stout. It is surprising how good this pairing is, these beers go well together.

And not to mention the 12 foot slimy demon that is literally trying to crawl inside of you and hollow you out. Not many famous people mention that particular downside to becoming a star.
