In deze meditatie gaan we oefenen met het aanwezig zijn bij ons Innerlijke Kind, het te omhelzen, om het te zie en  om meer te doen dan alleen te accepteren. Maar om het te troosten, op onze schoot te nemen.

Sommigen vinden het lastig om dat kind voor zich te zien. Soms helpt het dan om jezelf voor te stellen als jong kind. Als je weinig herinneringen hebt aan je jeugd, dan kun je misschien het symbool van het Goddelijke kInd voorstellen, zoals ieder ook een beeld heeft van wat een ‘moeder’ is of wat een ‘vader’ is.

Laat het je in ieder geval niet ontbreken aan inlevingsvermogen in jouw innerlijke wereld en gebruik jouw creatieve verbeeldingskracht om te beseffen dat onze emoties altijd gesymboliseerd worden door uiterlijke verschijningsvormen. 

Dus wat zou er gebeuren als je jouw verdriet, jouw pijn, jouw trauma, jouw blijdschap, je schaamte, jouw eenzaamheid, jouw angst, zou zien als een klein kind, als een kind in jou, dat weerloos in de steek gelaten is?

Wat als al de door jouw genegeerde emoties in jouw hart voortleven in de vorm van je innerlijke kind?

Oefen in deze meditatie in het jezelf te openen voor het Innerlijke Kind dat zich in jouw hart openbaart als de door jouw verlaten emoties. En oefen samen met ons in de boodschap:
