Most people are just plain wrong about how to be happy. And that’s sad and kinda ironic because it’s one of the things people want most.  

In this episode, we’re going to be talking about the myth of happiness, where true, lasting happiness comes from, and the little secret you need to know to have it sneak up and blossom in your life without even really intending it to.
