I still remember my first time at the Do LaB - a tiny stage at the center of the festival: no shade, just vibes and water guns. That was 2012, my first Coachella. I’d never guess the Do LaB would play such a pivotal role in my 5x Coachella festival kid career. 

It’s the meet up spot. 
It’s thirst quencher after those 110 degree tent sets. 
It’s the palate cleanser. 
It’s the party. 
It’s the fun music. 
It’s the perfect balance of weird, quirky and cool. 
It’s a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos that is Coachella. The Do LaB is home.

Every year when Coachella rolls around, it’s never the artists, fits, stages, or festival itself that triggers my nostalgia. It’s the Do LaB. Years have past. Coachella has changed. Music has changed. The scene has changed. Yet the Do LaB remains, effortlessly evolving while maintaining it’s authenticity, culture, and that same charm I experienced 13 years ago.

Creating this mix tapped into my Coachella nostalgia, and gave me that fix I was missing. My hope is that this set tickles that itch for you too.
