hi there, 

clearly it was time to receive this call from my ami français and well respected dj-colleague, Chanca. 🤝🏼
i was invited to play a 3h set in this fancy french establishment where they serve haute cuisine. 
he pointed out that this particular gig would be something else compared with playin’ at a club, festival or whatever (after)party.
well that sounded like somethin’ sucre. knows how to handle! 😼

immediately i knew that it would be a start low, go slow kind of matter; ‘building up is key’ he sort of said, telling me that this gig made him thinking of me, remembering hearing and seeing me play (and even joined some sessions at club Van WoW😋) and thus he reached out to me!! 🤸‍♂️
i decided to dust off my disco and (italo-)house favourites and blended them with jackin’ edits and multiple pearls from different genres.🕵🏻💿

the hours flew by and the ambiance was perfect…
as the guests were havin’ conversations flowing
by them funky disco beats;
while their bodies were moving while seated, 
catching them cheeky chunky hihat streaks. 🎶

and..? did you got caught in a trip down memory lane?
well, for what’s worth I tell you that whenever disco grimes,
we’re laughing and dancing, celebrating only good times!! 😍

un de ces baisés distraits et doux,
dont la fin selon lui était proche

Le tapis que ses lèvres nouaient,
formait un carré d'or et de sable,
que seul un sultan commanderait,
pour conquérir son amant d'érable

D'un coffret en pierre d'Agadir
il m'offrit un anneau à genou,
pour t'épouser, je l'ai fait sertir,
acceptes cet énorme bisou

Sa belle main vide étincelait
et ses lèvres s'ouvraient en coussins,
pour qu'au centre j'y puisse poser,
tous les éclats éternels des miens

Ayant décidé de mettre certains de mes textes en musique, j'ai créé cette page.
Je ne suis pas du tout musicien, je passe donc par l'IA car j'ai peur que le son qui me vient soit le plagiat d'un musicien déjà existant. Lorsque je récite mes poèmes sur https://vimeo.com/poesiesqueers j'adore ma voix mais je ne suis pas sûr de sa qualité en chanson, je la fais donc générer par l'intelligence artificielle.
Mes moyens ne me permettent pas de me payer un studio et de plus, je n'ai aucune prétention commerciale. Je veux juste écrire et chanter des chansons gays qui soient de moi (parfois d'autres auteur.es) mais pour les autres.

with sucre. around, the crowd will be dancing and smiling non-stop. that’s because everyone loves sucre.

'my mission is to make people dance and smile on house music. next to mix ‘n match my fav’ records (fyi: also them vinyls 🤙🏽) & dancing around the decks, me and my hubby produce our own sucre. tracks, sampling oldskool hiphop, jazz & disco gems. expect some real underground mischievous beats with a flourish touch, as it's my ultimate goal to take the audience on a happy musical journey, leaving nothing but energy and bliss on the dancefloor.
