Instead of giving her a piece of my mind, i wrote a long essay. "Righteous Disgust! What’s in the Air Down Here?: How to Mine the Mine and the Not Mine of My Own Disgust — Inside and Outside. I look at the morality of disgust and its role in creating enough energy for a crowd to become a mob that will kill.

The Humanistic Buddhism Centre (HBC) is committed to the research and development of Humanistic Buddhism as well as community engagement.  The Centre identifies and undertakes innovative projects that contribute to the scholarly and teaching communities.  Besides facilitating inter-disciplinary research and course-ware development that contributes to the Nan Tien Institute’s teaching programs, the Centre also participates in outreach programmes such as podcasts, workshops, and exhibitions.  This podcast collection houses resources on Humanistic Buddhism that will be useful to students, educators and informed Buddhists.

In recent years, I've become a refugee in the time of covid. I mostly write prose and poetry. I hope to return to reading with music.
My main focus is yoga, meditation and research of Gautama Buddha and health of body and society. I'm creating a yoga centre outside of Oaxaca City to share my discoveries of exploration in this place called 'truth in a pathless landscape', to paraphrase Krishnamurti.
