This is my thirteenth "music therapy" session and it's a power half hour of upbeat, percussion-heavy house music.

My goal with these sessions is to upload the mix regardless of imperfections. There may be some transitions or track selections that could have been better - but it’s live, improvised, and I hope to get way more mixes uploaded for you all this way. It’s helping me fight against my perfectionism, play around with my music library, focus on the fun, and push myself with my skills instead of playing it really safe to ensure a clean mix.

We're currently doing No Mic Mondays (recording at least a 2HR mic-less mix at the beginning of the stream) followed by Weird Wednesdays for experimenting and shenanigans. Friday was a pre-game for my residency on www.twitch.tv/bluelisttv, a channel owned by Warner Music Group, but as this week the creator season has ended and we're back to vibing on my channel all afternoon for TGIF energy!
