We’ve all experienced our share of hurt. But how can we get past this hurt?   When we realise: we no longer want to carry the burden of the past. The hurt no longer serves any purpose. If the past has moved on, I can move on too.

Christine has been a student and teacher with the Brahma Kumaris for over 35 years. She is currently based at the National Co-ordinating office of the Brahma Kumaris in London where she is mainly responsible for organising and introducing their Thursday talks. Christine is a member of the Raja Yoga Teachers' group and the Core Events group. She is the mother of three grown up children and grandmother of four.

Silence is the ingredient for all creation. It’s a power in its own right.  The artist starts with a blank canvas – silence. The very ground of your being, out of which come all thoughts is silence. When you arrive in your own silence you will know true freedom.

If you think, "Time is going fast", it's going to feel like time is flying by, which can make you feel anxious and stressed! The reality is time moves at the same speed for everyone. Therefore, you need to change your relationship with time.

Manda has been a teacher of  the Brahma Kumaris for well over 40 years.  She resides at our Global Retreat Centre just outside of Oxford where she is leading the team co-ordinating the activities, events and retreats for BK's and the general public. Manda is a very dynamic speaker and always speaks from the heart with clarity.
