„Kirglikult tööandjabrändingust“ podcast’i värskes osas on külas Maris Kärner – Helmes Eesti HR-üksuse juht, kes ütleb ise, et on eelkõige arengu- ja mõttepartner juhtidele, töötajatele ja oma tiimile.

Maris juhib umbes 10-liikmelist meeskonda, mille fookuses on tööandjabränding, värbamine ja valik, õpi- ja arenguvaldkond ning personalihaldus. Lisaks veab ta grupiülest personalijuhtide kogukonda ning toetab inimesi mentori ja coach’ina – eriti oma „vana armastuse“, haridusvaldkonna inimestega.
Marisel on tugev turundus- ja müügitaust, kuid ühel hetkel avastas ta, et pool raamaturiiulist on täis psühholoogiat ja inimeseks olemise lugusid. – kuidas kasutada tehisintellekti tööandjabrändingus nii, et see aitaks õigete märksõnadega jõuda õigete inimesteni (sh KKK, karjäärilehtede ülesehitus jpm);
– milliseid mõõdikuid Helmes jälgib (heaolu- ja kaasatuse uuringud, brändituntus, kandidaadikogemus, referral’ite osakaal ja kvaliteet) ning kuidas neid juhtidele „päris keeles“ mõjusalt tõlgendada;
– kust alustada, kui organisatsioonis pole veel süsteemset tööõnne fookust ega tööandjabrändingut – milline võiks olla esimene realistlik samm, mitte „täiuslik PowerPoint“;
– miks tööandja saab küll luua keskkonna ja pakkuda tööriistu, ent vastutus enesejuhtimise, heaolu ja tööõnne eest jääb lõpuks iga inimese enda kätte.

Maris jagab ausalt nii oma läbipõlemise lugu kui ka väga praktilisi näiteid Helmesest – mis töötab, mis on olnud valusad õppetunnid ja kuidas ühendada äriloogika, inimlikkus ja tööõnn nii, et see poleks pelgalt pehme teema, vaid päris strateegia osa. See vestlus paneb mõtlema, raputab veidi mugavustsooni ja annab samas ka väga konkreetseid ideid, millega juba homme pihta hakata.
