This is a song that took a lot of courage to write, but came so naturally. We all go through break through's in life. This is a song I started writing YEARS ago, I think when I was 19 or 20? I decided to revive it and finish it. I just remember going through a chapter of my life where I learned I needed to stop being such a people pleaser, and it was so bad it was actually getting in the way of me showing my true colors for anyone to truly get to know me. I went through a good period of time where I just felt invisible when it came to socializing. I was insanely introverted back then. I've changed a little where I consider myself an introverted extrovert now. But I'm still learning more and more every day some things that can be adjusted to be the best version of myself. I'm a lot stronger with being less of a people pleaser now, but it's just my nature to be a peace maker. So I still have some days I struggle every now and then.
